No groups or house parties allowed.Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.Your large family can all stay together at Summer Breeze, a seven-bedroom, six and one-half bath North Myrtle Beach house that has plenty of room for guests who want wonderful amenities and a breathtaking oceanfront view on their North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina vacation. Step right off the back porch of this North Myrtle Beach rental and you will find yourself burying your toes in the warm sands of the scenic beach that borders the majestic Atlantic Ocean.Miles of beautiful South Carolina coast will be your playground—you and your guests will have endless hours of fun riding the waves on rafts, learning to Scuba, playing beach volleyball or just lounging in beach chairs with glasses of sweet tea working on your tan. September to May there is a minimum number of nights stay and arrival/departure days may vary for this period depending upon company policy and individual property restrictions.

could not be dirtier

we stay at tons of places. never have we have human waste, piles of dirt and moldy food left for us to clean. The property managers don't answer the phone and we ended up buying a ton of cleaning supplies just so we could sleep there. we asked them to make it right. they did not.
