  • This 4 Br condo is located on the 14th floor of Mar Vista Grande with elevator access. It's renovated with new beds, TVs, and paint. A private balcony is accessible from the Living Room and Main Bedroom. This unit is high, on the 14th floor with good views and many upscale features including granite countertops in the kitchen and baths, a fully stocked kitchen flat-screen TVs, and crown molding in the living room. The entire unit has been upgraded with LVP flooring

    **NOTE: Parking on the ground floor of parking garage is for high top and over sized vehicles ONLY per HOA**





    Go ahead, and indulge yourself by relaxing on balcony chairs overlooking the gorgeous dunes and the vast Atlantic Ocean. The view is breathtaking, and the sound of the ocean waves is serene and relaxing with amazing sunrises. This is a great vacation resort for an active family.



    ** Please Note -- The Indoor Pool will be closed from April 1st for appx. 6 weeks for renovations. ** Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Nice roomy 4 bedroom ocean front condo convenient to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

Beautiful oceanfront 4 bedroom condo with comfortable furnishings and beds. Nice kitchen with up to date appliances, plenty of dishes and pots and pans.View of ocean from the balcony and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Nice beach access, lazy river and pools. Large TVs in every bedroom and living room. Great elevators and parking. Dishwasher doesn't consistently clean and cooling uneven throughout the unit.

This unit is wonderful. It was big enough for all of us and right on the beach!! Also the swimming pools were great. Even had a kiddy pool for my grandson. I highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was perfect for the size of our group. The layout was accommodating to everyone we were traveling with, and the location was perfect. We could easily access the beach, as well as the streets to walk to the local shops and bars. The hosts were very responsive before we arrived with any questions that I had. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Excellent location and facilities

We stayed for 5 days and loved everything about it. It was clean and any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. The pool area was great and the water temperature was perfect.

Great location, beautiful resort, went over bike week and was also college month. Be prepared for noisy nights though! We had a great time and will go again.

Excellent stay

First ever trip with family and first ever beach trip for me and my husband. The condo had a home feel, couldn’t have ask for a better place to stay. Weather was beautiful and so relaxing. I would recommend this condo to anyone for a great stay. Can’t wait to go back.

The property was perfect for our three generation family vacation. Everyone had plenty of personal space. The pools and tiki bar are awesome. Beach access is easy. Everything was very clean and comfortable. A few things that make this a 4star rating…The ice maker did not work and had a note saying one was ordered. The dishwasher ran but did not clean dishes. Dishes had been put away dirty in the cabinets. We had to wash all the dishes before using them and had to wash them by hand all week. The dishwasher needs to be replaced. General decor was dated and in need of updating. Walls were patched but not painted. Mattresses seemed new and comfortable but linens were somewhat worn.

Mar Vista Grande Family Vacation

We loved our stay in this beautiful four bedroom condo. When our grandchildren were with us, they absolutely loved the swimming pools, wishing they could swim there all the time. Spacious accommodations and proximity to the beach, plus prompt responses every time when we had questions or needed anything, we thoroughly enjoyed this home and give our highest recommendation!

Wonderful condo at Myrtle Beach

We had a wonderful stay at the Mar Vista. Amenities on the property were perfect for our family - the kids loved the pools and lazy river. The adults loved the on site tiki bar. The ocean access was right at the pool and very short distance to the shore. Inside the condo the room/bed arrangements worked perfectly for our two families (4 adults and 4 kids). We would love to stay here again.

Family vacation with grands

Mar vista is a wonderful condo . This condominium is extremely clean . From the elevators to the pool area. We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The only upgrade needed would be the sofa and love seat in the living room. The kitchen is well stocked, the fridge and stove are brand new . The balcony is a great place to spend time with family. We enjoyed the large dining table also .

Wonderful Relaxing Stay!

We loved our stay at this condo. It was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The view from the balcony is outstanding. We were able to relax, unwind, and also enjoy the many amenities that Mar Vista has to offer. We look forward to our spring break in Myrtle Beach each year and look forward to staying here again! Best Condo in NMB

We have stayed in lots of condos and houses in North Myrtle Beach over the years, and this one was the best! It was so clean, easy communication with the owners, and we love Mar Vista's amenities. Stay here (but not during our beach week! Ha!)!

Great location with all amenities!

Mar Vista Grande is a great complex conveniently located near several shops and dining options. Our unit had everything we needed to make our beach getaway perfect! The owners thought of just about everything! The hot tub and pool area was the perfect combo of in and outdoor plus having a heated pool option was nice on the cooler temperature days. The maintenance and cleaning staff for the building were very kind and kept the property looking great too--something you don't see at similar properties. We definitely recommend this property!

Nice Family Stay

The cleanliness of the room and entire building was great. Spotless. The pools inside and out were nice. Tiki bar was nice to have. The location is great if you want a quieter stay than that in the heart of Myrtle Beach. North Myrtle Beach is less busy, more quiet. We were happy to drive to all the attractions and things we wanted to do. Nothing was more than 25 minutes away from the resort. We stayed with extended family and there was plenty of room for all of us. Overall was a great place to stay and we look forward to a return visit.
