Oceanfront 3-bedroom condo with a glass-paneled balcony | Bahama Sands - 602

Unit 602 is an oceanfront 3-bedroom / 3-bathroom sixth-floor corner unit at Bahama Sands, one of the more popular North Myrtle Beach condominiums. It is one of the very few units in Myrtle Beach featuring three balconies with unobstructed views of the ocean. In addition to the oversized front balcony that is accessible from the living room and the main bedroom, the other two bedrooms also have their own private balconies, as well as en suite bathrooms. The main bathroom features double sinks and a jacuzzi tub with a hand-held shower. Unit 602 has been upgraded in November 2021 to include luxury vinyl plank floors in the living room and each bedroom, fresh paint, modern faucets and shower heads, blinds, tasteful artwork, and more. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, and appliances for your cooking needs. You will find a collection of books and puzzles in the living room. Every room has a smart TV to meet the guests streaming or cable preferences (including HBO). High-speed Internet is available throughout the condo. Those looking to get some work done while listening to the sound of the waves can do so at the work spaces available in each bedroom. The on-site amenities at Bahama Sands include a large oceanfront pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, sun deck, glass-enclosed indoor pool, two large hot tubs, and an exercise room. Two parking spots in the on-site garage are included in the rental. Bahama Sands provides guests fabulous aquatic luxuries that can be found in 5-Star tropical resorts around the world including an indoor pool, large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, outdoor lazy river, hot tub, sun decks, and fitness center, all just footsteps away from the beach. The highly acclaimed Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north, and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south. The beach area also offers the more adventurous guest seasonal parasailing and banana boat rides, something exclusive to the Crescent Beach area.

Almost my number one!

We had five adults in our party aging early 20’s to mid 50’s. We all enjoyed the spacious condo with stocked kitchen. Access to the beach was lovely and we found many things to do within walking distance. The decor was calm and welcoming, but prefer a bit cleaner facility. Under the beds was very dusty and the corners of the bedrooms were dusty as well. There was a dirty washcloth on one of the balconies upon arrival. Had the best lace been a bit cleaner, this would have been my favorite condo so far.

Nice location. Filthy room and pools

The condo was anything but clean. Our feet were black from the floors. The pillows were flatter than pancakes. The sheets had stains on them. Blankets had hairs all over them. Bathrooms had 1 roll of toilet paper that was the most cheapest toilet paper we have ever seen. They asked us to run the dishwasher before we left but there was no pods or soap. There were boogers on the wall in the one bedroom and bathroom. Don't even look under the beds at how dusty and dirty they were. The one toilet just continually ran. The pools were not clean and had a weird film on the water. There was water from rain on the 6th floor for days after the rain and no one cleaned it up and someone in our group slipped and fell at night. For the amount of money spent it should have been way cleaner than it was. There is no reason cleaning supplies are not provided if you want the place to stay clean and nice. Most decent people will clean up after themselves or throughout their stay as they don't want to stay in filth.

Great Condo, except for the Fruit Flies

My husband, daughter, her friend and I stayed in this Condo for a week. The condo itself looks exactly like the photos. Nicely decorated, corner unit with a lot of natural light and right on the ocean. Beds were comfy. We did have several issues however. Arrived at condo, keys did not work. I called Condo World and they had someone come over right away. He could not get the keys to work and went back to the office, came back with other keys which also did not work. After a call to someone they figured out no keys needed, there is a code for the keypad. This seems like something they should already know. Inside the unit, my daughter's friend sits in the chair at the desk and it collapsed to the ground. The wooden leg was broken and left in place. I called the CW office and left a message about what happened. Luckily no injury. After a couple hours in the unit my feet were black with dirt. The floors were disgusting. There were several problems next morning. #1 the coffee carafe was broken. I called the office and to tell them about the coffee carafe, the dirty floors, we had no hand towels or bath mats in 2 of the bathrooms and the main bath shower was up to my shins during my shower because the drain was clogged. CW sent a new carafe right over, had someone come and clean and had drain fixed that day. Very prompt response. Then came the fruit flies. So many we put out traps, it would kill them, more would come. I told CW at checkout about infestation.

Great condo and beach area. Floors in condo needed swept and mopped, but clean other than that. Would stay here again.

Perfect Family Condo

The condo was just as pictured and described!! 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was really nice giving 6 of us plenty of space. All the windows in the condo, being a corner unit, provided plenty of natural light making the space feel even bigger. The views were incredible overlooking North Myrtle Beach. The kids loved the pool. The beach was really clean. Great location close to all the restaurants and shops, but still quiet for sleeping. Would definitely stay in this condo again!!

Holiday getaway

This condo was great! We spend the week between Christmas and New Years here. Did have a bit of work to do and that is why I picked this place. Spacious and were able to spread out and set up our "temporary" offices. Beds were comfortable and the views were great from every bedroom. Kitchen was stocked and place was tastefully decorated. Plenty of bathroom towels. Would definitely stay here again.
