The condo was nice and clean. It does need a refresh as far as the paint and to clean the carpets. Not a big deal just some dirt spots on the walls. Do pack all things like trash bags, soap (even hand soap for bathrooms, -there wasn't any when we stayed). The listing does say to bring soap, just thought there might be a bar in the bathrooms. The kitchen is stocked well with silverware, plates, glasses, toaster, toaster oven, and regular coffee pot. Other condos we've stayed at had a welcoming packet with a few extra supplies which is a nice touch and local restaurants to try, this one didn't have a packet.
We didn't have any maintenance issues. There are a few parking spaces at the condo, but the majority of the parking is across the street, which I didn't see mentioned on the listing. It's fine except arrival day, but they do have carts in the side of lobby that you can get. The view was great from balcony. Nice to enjoy coffee and look directly at the beach/ocean. This unit is right beside Snooky's restaurant so it was nice to walk to lunch! The shrimp poboy is great there! Also right beside Snooky's is Murphy's Bar and Grill. They have live music every night and you can't help but hear it. They do stop it around 11. The pool and access to beach is well maintained every day. There is a code to get into the Towers and the boardwalk from the beach to the condo, so that is a good added security.
