Very outdated. The coffee table legs were broke. The shower bar for wash clothes was broke. The air conditioner was on the balcony and the legs were rusted out from under it.

Subpar stay

Positives: close to beach, tons of beds, pool has sun on it all day and air conditioner works great. Negatives: both sinks were broke (main room one stopper wouldn’t come up and other bathroom leaks). Maintenance wouldn’t fix the leak because the owner has to ok fixes. Rental does NOT come with sheets you have to pay extra, had pillow case on 2 of the beds with drool stains all over them, once we got sheets they were rough, towels are big enough for a 5 year old and feel great on sunburn skin (NOT), the rental had dirty sheets from the last person in the laundry room and sand all over the floor. The showers have no pressure and the parking situation is horrible. They definitely do not have enough parking for each person to have 2 cars even with the extra parking across the street and don’t think about parking with a large van or suv in these tiny spots. Would look for a different place to stay. I’ve stayed a lot of places and this one by far the worst one!
