  • Questo condominio fronte oceano con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni è stato completamente rinnovato e dispone di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito, lavatrice, asciugatrice, televisori a schermo piatto in ogni camera e balcone di 16 piedi con vista libera sull'oceano.

    Watepointe 1 si trova nella tranquilla zona Windy Hill Beach di North Myrtle Beach, adatta alle famiglie. Il nostro edificio ha una piscina interna riscaldata e una vasca idromassaggio, una piscina all'aperto con una grande terrazza solarium, una piscina per bambini ombreggiata, un'area per grigliate con tavoli da picnic e due passerelle in legno per la spiaggia che si trova a soli 30 metri dall'edificio. Il parcheggio non è mai un problema e c'è la connessione WIFI gratuita in tutto il complesso.

    Torna al condominio. Il master ha un letto king size, bagno privato e accesso al balcone. La prima camera per gli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale, ampio spazio armadio e un comò full size. La seconda camera è ideale per i bambini con letti a castello e televisione a schermo piatto.

    La cucina è nuova di zecca con elettrodomestici full size tra cui lavatrice e asciugatrice.

We had a wonderful time at this rental. Everything was nice and clean, beach was right there, and the beds were great! There was some noise from the elevators at night and in the morning.... other than that is was Perfect!

Beach getaway

Perfect location. We had a great beach getaway. Couldn’t ask for anything else. The condo was very clean and well equipped with everything that you would need for your week stay. Location was perfect a few steps to the beach a half mile walk to coffee in the morning. I would highly recommended staying here.

Great location, nicely kept up property and condo.

We enjoyed our stay at water pointe. The property was well maintained and clean. The condo itself was newly updated and just as advertised. We plan to be back next year.

Beautiful and clean!

We had a family getaway and loved every second of it! Our hosts were easy to get in touch with and always had a quick and friendly response. The condo was clean, well-furnished, and well-stocked with linens and kitchen items. Of course, being able to walk directly to the beach was the best part! We would definitely come back!

Great Location

Pros: Location - right on the beach and it wasn't crowded most days; close to Barefoot Landing Fully furnished Relatively clean Quiet Responsive management company Cons: We couldn't get one of the sliding doors to the balcony to lock. Not an issue for us with older kids, but it would be for a family with small kids.

Family memories

We love Waterpointe I! It is a fantastic property! The property is clean and very well maintained. We've usually visit in October but this time at the first of June. The beach is just steps away and not crowded at all no matter the time of year. The owners are all very welcoming! They look out for us and love our kids. The pools are great for our kids after a long day on the beach. The condo we stayed in was nicely maintained and very homey. Lots of supplies were provided which makes it easier when packing and buying supplies for the stay. I absolutely love that there is a washer and dryer in each unit!!! It makes the return home so much easier. We don't have to pack as much this way either...especially with kids. The view was spectacular from this unit-804. It was very nice to sit out on the balcony and watch/listen to the ocean. Very peaceful and relaxing!! Last, but not least, Randy is always very easy to work with and is very accommodating. He communicates quickly and and is always willing to help! We will continue to return to this property for years to come!! It's our family's home away from home.

New Years Vacation

We had an amazing stay at Watetpoint 1, the building overall is wonderful and the common area is beautiful and very family friendly. The pool was perfect and never crowded and obviously the easy beach access can't be beat. The condo itself was just as advertised and had everything you coukd possibly want or need for a vacation. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. The furniture was a little dated, but thats really the only knock. The owners amd management company were super responsive and kind and that makes a huge difference for me. I would most definitely rent from them again. Overall great experience and my family cannot wait to be back in North Myrtle Beach this spring!

A TRUE HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

Our family has vacationed in Myrtle Beach for over 40 years and we've stayed in many different condos; but this one ranks right up there as one of the best. It was clean and ready to move in earlier than we expected. The rooms were tastefully decorated, appliances were state of the art, the kitchen was very efficient with everything you need to cook a decent meal and the kids loved the bunkbeds. It was wonderful to have plenty of chairs on the balcony so our entire family, including grandkids could enjoy the ocean view together. The management is ready and very helpful when you need them. The emails sent ahead of time were so informative and helped us navigate when we arrived. The checklist on the frig explained everything to do at checkout, which gave us peace of mind that we didn't forget something. We will definitely consider staying at Waterpointe 1 again in the future.

Perfect Vacation

Amazing stay! Condo was exactly as advertised. Fully equipped and updated kitchen. Fantastic location. Beautiful view from the balcony. Only steps from the beach. Great amenities with indoor pool/hot tub and outdoor pool. Nice air conditioned sitting area downstairs that had several different places to sit. Condo perfectly located with barefoot landing only a mile away. Grocery stores, restaurants, mini golf etc all within a few miles of the condo. Condo is very well managed. Super professional. We were provided with very clear directions about everything and Randy was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a great experience and would recommend this place to everyone. We were sad to leave, but we hope we can return to this exact condo next year. Thank you for a great stay!
