This is located on the second row right across from the beach. The check-in process was the click of a button the place was not clean after they said it had been cleaned before our arrival there was dust and dirt everywhere the floors were sticky and grimy the parking passes were not there after texting to ask about parking passes they said that they were they would bring them they never arrived as time went on we had issues with different things inside the condo there were bugs in the light fixtures in the kitchen there were some that were crawling around when I called about someone coming to spray they said they would send someone they didn't come until 24 hours later that person arrived right before we were getting ready to have brunch so we sent them away to come back later they did not show up until Sunday on the day we were checking out I would not recommend this place it's in a good location but the owners have neglected it and it needs to be deep cleaned some items need to be replaced the washer and dryer in the unit the dryer does not work properly it heats up but it does not turn so it took a whole day to dry one load of clothes trying to get someone on the phone is a headache because they want to answer through text even after texting with the complaints which they did not take care of they only offered 50 as a refund I would not recommend staying if there's anything I can say I would say trust the reviews from the people who stayed previously every review is corr

Could be a great place

This could be a great property however the cleaning crew has neglected it for far too long. From dirty stained sheets, broken bookshelf, thick dust everywhere, disgusting microwave, never vacuumed stairs and a barely working upstairs A/C. We could not walk around without shoes or socks on due to dirty floors. Very disappointing

Pathetic experience

(1) As soon as we arrived, it was obvious that the property has not been cleaned in quite some time. The floor was dirty and sticky throughout. The counter and table top surfaces were dirty throughout. The property smelled of stale smoke throughout. The bathrooms were only partially cleaned, including dirty toilets and human hair left behind. The den rug was covered in beach sand. We found a full slice of old cheese under the main coffee table, and one of the kids found a slightly-used cigar in their bedroom. It was the single dirtiest rental experience I have ever walked into.(2) There were several key features that simply DID NOT work. Most importantly, the internet was down the entire weekend. The router was intermittent in powering on, and even when it was active there was no internet connectivity. That meant there was no wifi or TV, contrary to the promised amenities. Additionally, the front door would not lock from the outside, so anytime we left the property, we were forced to leave it unlocked. The refrigerator water/ice dispenser did not function at all. And there was also no instruction to be found regarding the parking passes for the parking area.This was truly disappointing, and the "Vacasa" property management group utterly failed us. I reached out to them by phone/text many multiple times to get help with the internet, and was given the run-around before ultimately no one contacted me back and no one showed up to fix the problems.
