• Entire Condo: You will have full, private access to the entire condo.

• Community Amenities: Access to The Havens community amenities, including the outdoor pools and shared hot tub located at the North Tower Pool.

• Resort Pools & Hot Tub: Guests may use the resort’s outdoor swimming pools. The shared hot tub is located adjacent to the pool area. Seasonal pool is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to sunset

• Shuttle Service: Complimentary shuttle service is available, with regular stops at the oceanfront and Barefoot Landing, located just across the historic Barefoot swing bridge.

Access Limitations

• Guests do not have access to the cabana at the North Tower.

Booking & Occupancy

• The primary booking guest must be 25 years or older
• Only registered guests are permitted at the property unless otherwise approved in advance
• Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time
• Unauthorized guests or parties may result in immediate cancellation without refund

Respect for the Home & Community

• No parties, events, or large gatherings
• No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the property
• Please be respectful of neighbors, surrounding units, and shared resort spaces

Resort & Amenity Rules

• Guests must follow all Barefoot Resort / HOA / community rules during their stay
• Pool hours and amenity availability are subject to seasonal schedules, maintenance, weather, and HOA management decisions
• Guests are responsible for returning all provided beach gear to the unit before checkout
• Guests do not have access to the beachfront cabana
