Benvenuti al vertice. Questo condominio fronte oceano molto spazioso al 1 ° piano è il luogo perfetto per le vostre prossime vacanze. Situato in posizione perfetta vicino a Barefoot Landing e tutto il divertimento che Myrtle Beach ha da offrire. Il nostro condominio ha quasi 1850 piedi quadrati di spazio diretto sull'oceano per il tuo divertimento.

La zona giorno ha un nuovissimo TV LCD Sony da 120 pollici da 120 mhz per il tuo piacere di visione. La Master Suite ha un letto king size con vasca idromassaggio, TV e accesso diretto al balcone con vista sull'oceano.

La seconda e la terza camera da letto hanno ciascuna un letto matrimoniale. La 4a camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale. La cucina completamente attrezzata ha un'isola per tutte le esigenze di cottura.

Il condominio ha vernice fresca e nuovi letti dappertutto. Ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità con 3 bagni completi. Si trova sul tratto più largo della spiaggia lungo l'intero Grand Strand.

Il Summit si trova a 47th Ave South a North Myrtle Beach. Barefoot Landing, The Tanger Outlets, Carolina Opry e Broadway at the Beach sono tutti nelle immediate vicinanze. Naturalmente, ci sono anche oltre 100 campi da golf nelle vicinanze. Alcuni dei migliori ristoranti di Myrtle Beach sono molto vicini.

La nostra unità è un'unità angolare con una bella vista sull'oceano da ogni camera da letto. È molto ben decorato ed è arredato con tutti i comfort di casa. Il Summit 1A è il luogo perfetto dove trascorrere le tue prossime vacanze.

Condo was awesome. Chairs on deck were iffy, some broke. Overall good experience. Unfortunately they were working on the condo above us and it sprinkled debris all over the pool alll week, but what are you gonna do, things need fixed I guess. Owner was super nice. WiFi and cell service sucked all week. But a lot of ppl there said they been going for years and it was never like that before so maybe a bad timing thing.

It is a beautiful place and the location was great. There was some issues with the internet and it didn’t look like the floors had been cleaned and the coffee pot hadn’t been cleaned. Overall it was a wonderful vacation spot.

Nice Renovation

Renovation of the property was well done. One bedroom was very small, wasn't detectable in the photos. Issues Shower in one of the bedrooms was not working properly and not draining well Sliding glass door was a struggled to open and close. Towels provided for showers were thread bare and very small. Not the kind of towels we expected for the price point Property Manager was very helpful although it took until our 4th day to get our issues resolved. Overall a very nice property.

Family vacation

The place was clean and spacious, kitchen had everything you would need. We love the oceanfront access, location was perfect, not too busy. The owner is very nice. Would definitely book again.

Great Condo, Excellent Location

This condo was perfect for our family trip. The kitchen remodel was fantastic. All new cabinets, counters and floor tile and appliances were amazing. There was more than enough seating, sleeping space and overall space for the 10 people in our group. The location is also amazing. Only a short walk to Native Joe's for evening ice cream. Only 1 red light to pass to get to barefoot landing. Less than 20 minutes either direction to get to North Myrtle Main Street or Broadway at the Beach. This first floor corner condo is the best location in the building. Excellent view of the ocean, easy access to the elevators and even quicker access to the lobby stairs when the elevators are busy and only 1 floor of steps to get outside. The balcony couldnt be more perfect. its in the sun all day and is looking directly over the pool and only a few feet up above the pool deck. This was fantastic when the kids wanted to go to the pool in the evenings but not all the adults wanted to go down, you can be on the balcony and still basically be at the pool with everyone else. Overall not a single negative thing to say about the condo, the building or the location. Communication with Paul was great and we will happily stay here again in the future.

Great Location; Great Views: Very Clean

This home was recently renovated and updated. Great size for a family. We have 3 adult children and two of them have spouses. The bedroom arrangements were perfect. There is a sofa bed, but we did not need it. One of our daughters has an infant son and one of the bedrooms was perfect for the portable crib and all the baby needed. (Which was a lot.) The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking things needed. We did need to wash towels and washcloths every day. But, that was no problem. We also washed our beach towels everyday. The location is great. The address is North Myrtle Beach, but at the south end; therefore, we were close to the activities in Myrtle Beach as well. We definitely will return to this location.

Disappointed

The property needs some major TLC. Paint peeling in multiple rooms, dust balls in every room, mold in master bedroom tub, advertised jetted tub not usable (switch taped off) closet doors some on , some off, some broken. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with whatever needed. Great ocean view.

Family trip

First of all we went to the wrong address cause its 2 addresses the same but different zips. Took us 45 mins away. This condo was a little older then what the pictures are showing. The water in the master bedroom was cold. The dishes was not very organized. The Tvs was very difficult . The TV in the master room went out a few minutes after we got there. Called the owner and he said he was going to send someone out and didnt. The stove was very old. In other words this place is time for an update. I loved the ocean front but its was an area for older people. Not much going on here. We had to make our own entertainment. But over all it served its purpose.

Fantastic location

It was a great trip. Paul was wonderful to work with. He communicated well and we were able to check in a bit early. I have stayed in nicer places in terms of updates but it worked well for us. It was much larger than I anticipated. It's nice to spread out after being on the beach all day. We loved it and will certainly stay again. The beds were pretty comfortable which was a big deal to me! I would highly recommend!

5 days at beach getting family together. 4 bedrooms plus pullout couch gave everyone their own bed. 3 baths also convenient. Quiet stretch of Ocean Blvd in NMB. Very nice stay.

Last minute vacation!!

Absolutely loved this condo. It is in a great location and could watch the sunrise over the beach every morning. Plenty of sleeping room since there were ten of us. Great size condo for our needs. Hope to get to go back.

Absolutely perfect

I was hesitant about renting a condo because we’ve always rented houses. I love being right on the beach, and having a private pool. This place was darn near perfect. The property was so clean, and the building manager is always keeping up with something on site and she was so friendly. The location is so wonderful, is a little secluded from the city with just the surrounding condos but also only about 15 minutes from Walmart and food lion. We had a little issue with the parking and I called Paul and he immediately took care of it. When the description said a fully stocked kitchen that is exactly what he means, even had a blender so we have margaritas everyday for the entire trip. He was so kind and generous, he left us alone during our stay and after checking out he called to see how we liked it. He is seriously such an amazing kind person, I will be back to Myrtle beach and I will be staying with him again. I cannot recommend him enough!!

WILL stay here again!

We had beautiful views from every room, the condo had everything we needed and more and the owner was kind, friendly and efficient in regards to communicating with us and ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Check in / check out instructions were very clear, which made the process much smoother and stress free. We had a party of 10 (including four children) and this condo accommodated us all comfortably and was only steps away from the beach, which makes things easy for the kids. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Great Place!

My family and I loved the condo because- 1. Great location- right across the street from Barefoot Landing 2. Loved how close it was to beach- running in to grab a snack or just catch air conditioning 3. The kitchen was good sized I loved how it had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We all had plenty of room 5. Trash shoot was right next to the room- Which was awesome (in the emergency exit) so it’s emergency exit (open the door) and it’s right there. So convenient 6. Trash man did come daily but didn’t wake us up 7. Check in and check out was easy. No complaints definitely would recommend and would stay again!

The condo was as described. The pool is right off the balcony which we loved because we could watch the kids while sitting on the balcony. It’s a first floor unit so if people are sitting on the opposite side of the pool they will be able to see you and even talk to you while you are on the balcony. Could be a downside if the pool is crowded. But we didn’t mind. Condo was equipped with everything we needed. There were even body boards and beach chairs in the closet to use. The condo itself is nice. Could use a few upgrades to make it nicer. My family and I will stay here again.

The Summit

Completely wrong address shown on Vrbo, dead roaches on floor upon check-in. Other family members had to go buy new sheets because there was hair and stink bugs in the bed. Master bathroom still had hair on the floor around toilet.
