GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

LINENS & TOWELS
The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.
We do not provide a daily maid service.

A personal car or rental are recommended. Taxi, Uber, or Lyft are reliable secondary options. Super easy access to the beach right across the street!

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $39. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed.
Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
This is not a party house.
Guests will be sent a door code at time of check-in

Guest Bedroom is a king size sleep sense bed - with adjustable inclines for 2 separate sides of the bed. Please know this bed has a split between the 2 sides. The master is a full size normal king mattress.

Noise Ordinance after 10pm, noise complaints result in penalty charge to pay the fee from HOA. Other than that just please be mindful of neighbors, it’s mostly retirement age community. Lovely area with amazing amenities.
