Unità d'angolo con soffitto a pavimento, vista mare avvolgente!

Shoreham Towers II è uno degli edifici più esclusivi e unici sull'oceano a North Myrtle Beach. Pochi proprietari di case in affitto, quindi la spiaggia non è affollata come nei grandi resort. La nostra unità angolare da 1650 piedi quadrati è dotata di finestre da pavimento a pavimento, finestre avvolgenti e balconi lontani da ogni stanza. I punti di vista su e giù per la costa sono spettacolari!

Ci prendiamo molta cura e piacere nel mantenere e aggiornare le nostre cinque case: Shoreham Towers I (VRBO 114270) e Shoreham Towers II (VRBO 116213, 116219, 87388, 223696)

Non usiamo un'agenzia. Il proprietario, Margaret Williams, vorrebbe parlare con tutti i primi affittuari. La pulizia è una priorità assoluta.

Questa unità è ben arredata e dotata di molti comfort e servizi di casa. I mobili sono tenuti in buone condizioni, i materassi sono di alta qualità e la pulizia è assolutamente essenziale! Forniamo pulizia della partenza e biancheria. Gli alloggi per dormire sono il re del padrone, la regina del secondo, i gemelli del terzo.

La casa dispone di quattro televisori, DVD e connessione internet Wi-Fi ad alta velocità. Vi è un ampio parcheggio in loco e una hall sorvegliata. Scivoli di immondizia sono su ogni piano. Alla griglia, area pic-nic e bagni sono a bordo piscina. Anche a livello della spiaggia è un deposito privato con sedie a sdraio, tavole da boogie e giocattoli di sabbia (la fornitura varia a causa degli elementi).

Affitti sono da Sabato a Sabato. Siamo un condominio NON FUMATORI, e questa politica vale per la zona balcone. Non sono ammessi animali, non moto ammessi sulla proprietà. Solo gli adulti oltre i 25 anni e le famiglie.

We just stayed a week in unit 6A. It was absolutely perfect. The condo was immaculate. Lots of storage in bedrooms. Beds, bedding, and towels were lovely. The best thing was the view. We were in awe of the sunrises and sunsets everyday. Mrs. Williams did check in with us early in our stay which was very much appreciated. The condo was stocked with basic necessities like paper towels, tp, napkins, dishwashing soap, laundry soap, and handsoap. This was very helpful so that we didn't need to make a store run our first evening there. I have never stayed in a VRBO that was so clean. Even the lobby and elevator was taken care of. I think this showed how much the residents of this building take pride in ownership. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Our host was very responsive before and during our stay, and we could tell that she truly cared that we had an enjoyable visit. The condo was quite spacious and super clean. I love to cook, and I have stayed at many rental condos over the decades, and I must stay that this was the best equipped and most spotlessly clean kitchen that I have ever had the pleasure of utilizing outside of my own home. Despite the unusual cold spell, we absolutely enjoyed the incredible views from the multiple windows and sliding glass doors, and watching the shrimpers going back and forth, the sunrises and sunsets, the dolphins swimming by, and the moon shining on the water. We could even see the Sky Wheel lighting up in red at night in the distance. The location was perfect for our goals for that trip. Hint...bring binoculars. That made the dolphin and boat watching even more fun.

We had a delightful stay. The condo is beautiful, comfortable, and has almost everything you need for your stay. We were dazzled by sunrises, sunsets and moonrises - and daily (sometimes twice!) beach walks were soothing. Perfect weather helped, but the place would still offer a relaxing stay and great views if it weren’t.

The place was beautiful, it had everything we needed, from coffee filters to makeup towels, and extra toothbrush’s if needed. Those little things really stood out to me. Overall the place was very clean and in great condition. The view was absolutely gorgeous and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. We also really enjoyed the location. Margaret was great, checked up on us and made sure we had all the info for checking in.

We visit the beach every year, and this was the best place we've stayed so far. It had plenty of room for the five of us, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a big breakfast every morning. It was a great location with a wonderful view. We will definitely try to rent this unit again.

Excellent vacation. Weather was great, we were lucky that hurricane Erin turned out to sea. Ocean water was a little rough, but the facility and pool were very nice. Elevators were fast with only minimal wait times. Ocean views were fabulous. Host does a great job in communicating and responding. Can't wait until we return again for another vacation.

Wonderful in All Ways

Beautifully kept, clean condo with stellar wrap-around views of the ocean. Margaret was a wonderful and attentive host who made it clear she wanted us to have a successful stay in her condo. We would definitely return to this place.

Perfect stay

This property is exactly as described. The main porch was smaller than we are used to but when you are inside there are views of the ocean from every window so it feels like you have a huge porch. I loved how much light there was in the unit. Even on rainy days it was great.The unit was spotless when we arrived and the host was fantastic in her personal communication before and throughout the trip.The storage closet downstairs was amazing. It made our trips down to the beach so easy and helped keep the unit clean and virtually sand free. The decor is dated, but the very simple color scheme makes it not feel dated. It just feels light and airy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation!

Never disappoints!

Great place!

We have stayed in many places in Myrtle and while all have been excellent this was the best and now is our favorite. It's beautiful and comfortable with easy access to the beach as well as restaurants and shopping We had a wonderful time and would love to go back next year.
