Robinson Cottage 3 is the upper unit of the lovely beach cottage that can be rented separately or together for larger groups. Unit 3 can very comfortably accommodate 12 people with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. This cozy unit is done in a classic cottage style and has a large living area, wonderful for gathering and laughing, or watching a movie together after that perfect day at Myrtle Beach. The Beach is simply a short stroll down a quiet road, and your toes are in that warm sand before you know it. Lounge on the beach while the kids splash the day away in the ocean. If you feel like trying your hand at some fishing, Cherry Grove fishing pier is only two blocks away. There is never a shortage of things to do, with numerous shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. Or you could just stick around and enjoy the sparkling pool, basketball courts, and grilling the catch of the day at the grill and picnic area. Whatever your idea of the perfect day is, you’ll find it here.

Property was clean and great location. Check-in and Check-out was easy. Wasn't a problem for us, when we entered we noticed that the back door was not locked. We would recommend this for pet friendly renters.

This is an excellent location on a small lane and canal close to the beach. The layout is great; 8 of us were very comfortable. The pool could have been cleaner ( only so much a skimmer can do). A very good NMB/ Cherry Grove location.

Great spot!

This is our 3rd stay at Robinson Cottage, and we’ll be back next year for #4! Very clean, great location, short walk to the beach, roomy & comfy - highly recommend!

Had an excellent stay...we had a 15 year old and a 4 year old....they loved the pool...we were the only ones there the 1st. day and 2nd.Perfect spot!

Broken door lock!!! Someone broke in our apt!!!

Nice spacious apt! Good size pool!!! However upon arrival we got mixed with which one was our apt upstairs or down ! since the key worked we assumed it was down ! Not too long after arriving someone from property maintenance came and told us a couple of instructions and also told us THAT THE DOOR LOCK was broken and had to jiggle it to lock .... long story short the second night someone broke in around 3-5 am and took money from my purse that i had left on the kitchen table!!!! I asked d if they could check the video cameras they told Chris would call me ... he called 2 days later told me to do a police report but in conclusion property management is not assuming responsibility for renting an apartment with a broken lock!!! Plus Jeanne try to blame it on ua for not making aute the door locked !!! If it was working we wouldn’t need to check it would lock easy!!! wouldn’t be surprised it was someone that knows that the door has a problem because they didn't force the door they went in and out easy!!! Didnt enjoy the rest of my stay because i was paranoid someone was coming in during the night!!!

Great location!

Loved the location! Easy walk to the beach! Loved the pool. Loved the view of the canal. Loved the covered porch. Loved the size. Loved the number of people that it slept, great for large families. Loved the size of the kitchen, the granite was nice. Loved that it was close to restaurants. Felt the price per night was very fair. The living room furniture was nice. It does need some work but for the price, it couldn't be beat! For what we needed, it was prefect! We would stay again!

Great Location and Great Company to do Business with

Retreat MB rentals were great to work with. The 2nd floor of the Robinson Cottage 3 was a nice little cottage and great with 3BR and 2 Baths. Big open common space in the middle. Overlooks the Common Area Pool and Retention pond. Overall very clean. It is a dated and older house, so don't expect perfection (after all you are not paying for it). We were there during the Cat 1 Hurricane Isaias that flooded Cherry Grove (this street). This is where Retreat Myrtle Beach really shined. They were super fast to respond, clean up the street, move people around, clean up the pool, etc. And have the place back to normal in a couple of days. Great Job RMB.
