While the property and its amenities were as advertised, there were a few things that it was in need of. First, while it was somewhat clean, it lacked a deep cleaning (like under the beds and other furniture). The deck door to the outside that faced the ocean was broken, forcing us to use a side door. Unfortunately, that side faced the nearby property in which people could look directly at you. Also, their maintenance guy used a leaf blower everyday (sometimes twice a day) to get rid of sand and other debris. So we could not open the door with that loud noise. The tub and toilet areas for the main bedrooms were very tiny. You could not open or close the bathroom door without having to sidestep the toilet.
All of this is minor, but worth noting to any future guest. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this location. It had enough room for our family of five to spread out, play games on the table, cook, and just relax. The sunrise views were awesome. we would rent again, as long as things were in better working order. There is plenty of room to expand the tub/shower/toilet areas into something nicer to match the rest of the unit. Definitely worth 4 stars...but not 5.
