Homeowner Disclosure of Exterior Cameras
There are 2 outdoor cameras. One is located at the front door and the camera can view the individuals entering and exiting unit 7D. The second camera is located outside on the rear of the unit (balcony) in the upper right corner, facing the Ocean.
Note: There may be security cameras in the common areas of the condominium complex such as the hallways, parking area, and pools that are not owned or controlled by Elliott Realty, Inc. nor the owner of the condo.

Whether you desire to hang out inside the condo, use the resort amenities, spend time on the shore, explore the community, or do a combination of everything, your desires will be met. This three-bedroom, three-full bath is large enough for families, close friends, and golf groups to vacation together. Everyone will adore the location, the quiet family friendly Cherry Grove community in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.Sunrise Pointe 7D is smoke-free and well-maintained. Two parking passes come with your stay, and there is covered parking to keep your car at a decent temperature and out of the hot sunshine. Enjoy features like central heat and air, a fully equipped kitchen, and four flatscreen TVs with DVD players. The kitchen has more than the essentials, with stainless appliances, an air fryer, a toaster oven, a blender, and a Keurig coffeemaker. Each bathroom has a hairdryer, so you can skip packing it and leave more room for souvenirs. WIFI and an in-unit washer and dryer also provide you with the conveniences of home during your stay at Sunrise Pointe 7D.An oceanfront balcony offers spectacular beach views you will miss when you’re back home. The seascape stretches for miles before you, with umbrellas dotting the white sandy beach. The Cherry Grove Pier is also close by, extending into the ocean waters and ending with a two-story observation deck. You can see boats sailing by, porpoises, and more from this historical pier! The great room lights up with natural light streaming through the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door. You can lounge, cook, and dine, all with a breathtaking view. I loved the place however I almost left be cause dishes in dishwasher were undone! The floors and I wear flip flops so I take shoes off when I go in were not swept and the were chips under furniture! Someone needs a new cleanings person I don’t go on vacation to clean up!
