Welcome to The Coastal Crown, a sprawling 1600 sq. ft. top-floor penthouse that was completely renovated in 2026! Originally a hotel before this stunning penthouse tier was added, the space has been entirely modernized to give you the ultimate coastal getaway. With breathtaking skyline and ocean views, brilliant natural light, and room for 9 guests, this is the perfect backdrop for your North Myrtle Beach memories.

The heart of the penthouse is our massive, open-concept living space. Sunlight pours in through two beautiful skylights, illuminating the gorgeous ocean views through the windows.
Entertainment Hub: Kick back on the comfortable seating and host an epic movie night or watch the big game on the massive 85-inch wall-mounted TV.
Family Fun: Unplug and make memories with our provided collection of family board games.
Dining: Gather around the spacious dining table or pull up a seat at the large kitchen island for meals, drinks, and late-night snacks.

Whether you’re cooking a full family dinner or just mixing up beach cocktails, our fully stocked kitchen has you covered.

The master also boasts a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and a Jacuzzi hot tub for ultimate relaxation. 🛁

Bedroom 2 (Queen Retreat): A peaceful and comfortable room featuring a cozy Queen bed and ample space to unpack and unwind.

Bedroom 3 (The Ultimate Fun Room): Designed with fun in mind! This room features a versatile bunk bed (Full on the bottom, Twin on top), plus two chairs that easily convert into additional single beds. Kids (and kids at heart!) will love the Nintendo Wii console, and we’ve even included a nightlight for the little ones. 🎮

Guest Bathroom: The second full bathroom features a modern walk-in shower and provides plenty of space for the rest of your group to get ready.
Essentials Provided: We supply fresh towels, linens, shampoo, and basic toiletries.
Washer & Dryer: Keep your beach towels fresh using the modern washer and dryer right inside the unit.

Stairs Only: Please note that the penthouse is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible via stairs only. There is no elevator on the premises.

🚫 The Deal-Breakers
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony.
No Pets: We love animals, but we do not allow pets of any kind.
Noise & Neighbors: Please be respectful of the residents living below the penthouse. Note: North Myrtle Beach enforces strict city-wide quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Exterior Cameras: For your safety and the security of the property, an exterior Ring doorbell camera is located at the front door. Please note that this device actively records both video and sound.
Indoor Privacy: Your privacy is our top priority. There are absolutely no cameras or recording devices inside the home.
