Thomas checked us in and helped us find a room that better suited our needs and had a quieter air conditioner. Breakfast was blah, coffee was super weak and they just have some cereal, oatmeal, yogurt or banana. "Paid extra and reserved king bed room choice however we were given a queen with no refund for the extra - we were told there was no guarantee of room choice when reservation made through Expedia!!! I have traveled and booked through 3rd party for 40 years and never encountered this issue!!!!"
