“Everything was wonderful except the front desk staff could all use some hospitality training. I’ve worked in hotels all my life with Radisson and holland America. We were taught that the front desk sets the tone for the stay. Just a smile and a kind word would make 100% difference and all the staff should be trained to do that”

“We were only there for a short sleep but if I fly back out of Pensacola I will use again! Bed was comfortable and the rooms were a great size.”

“After we checked out they charged my CC for $7.49 for a wash cloth they said was stained which is ridiculous. Afterwards my wife starting checking other reviews on other sites and low and behold this is a common practice this hotel uses because most people won’t go back after them. Wrong with me. My CC company took care of this and I contacted their corporate office for such a despicable practice. No more Best Westerns for us. Don’t stay there.”

Mancava un letto e i miei figli hanno dormito in 3 per 2 notti in un letto e il ragazzo della reception se ne letteralmente fregato lasciandoci 2 notti in 5 con 2 letti.Aria condizionata rumorosa come un trattore. Abbiamo chiesto un rimborso parziale tramite Expedia ma l' hotel si è rifiutato. ”

“Everything was amazing! The only recommendations I have is for Sunday checkins, tell them about the Blue Angel fly over on the beach between 4-6! If we hadn’t had been outside, we would never have seen it! Also, tell the guests about the golf cart taxi people! Wr spent tons on ubers for short distances b4 we found out about this.”

“The property is gorgeous, however, they could give you more details than they do. For instance, we opened the room with no instruction, no directories, no anything. The electrical outlets in the kitchen mostly did not work. I tried to use the Keurig and ran it through a few times and it was the most disgusting thing I have seen. Thank goodness, I did bring my own Keurig.. If you like a really really hard bed than you would love this one. I could hardly sleep and when I did get up my back was...
