The space
Welcome to our renovated 3-bed, 2-bath home. Perfectly located 5 minutes away from Warm Mineral Springs and a 20 minutes drive to Venice Beach.

Heated pool with an extra fee of $40 per night. Jacuzzi/Spa with no extra fee.

This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an office with a pull-out couch, 1 Roku TV, a pool and a remote-controlled heated spa.

Swim at your own risk! No lifeguard on duty. Running, pushing, diving is not allowed at the house pool. Children must be supervised AT ALL TIMES
No specific pool temperature is guaranteed

Turn OFF the hot tub when it is not in use

The house was beautiful and more spacious than expected. Everthing was very clean. There was 10 of us staying there and we had a nice time. The hot tub was a huge win since the week was chilly. Host is super responsive with questions. We cooked most of our meals so having a full kitchen was nice but maybe could have brought some of my own dishes, but figured it out. Thank you for the memories and fun!

Wonderful house with everything needed for a perfect vacation

The house was spotless when we arrived and we could not be happier with the time spent. We had access to everything needed for our family to make a wonderful vacation. The owner was very responsive and helpful to the only issue we had. The problem was fixed within a few hours. We plan to visit this part of Florida each year and will be looking to book this same house every time.
