Waterfront Pool Home con accesso al Golfo!

Bellissimo quartiere tranquillo e rilassante in una strada senza uscita. Rilassati a bordo piscina o pesca dal molo per Snook, Red Fish, Tilapia e persino Tarpon sono stati catturati qui. Chissà cosa catturerai e divertiti a farlo. Se hai bisogno di più attività, qui c'è molto da fare. Ci sono numerose spiagge, a soli 15-30 miglia di distanza. The State Park e Deer Prairie Creek Preserve offrono caccia al maiale selvatico, sentieri escursionistici, passeggiate a cavallo, aree picnic e altro ancora. Ci sono tre attività di noleggio barche nella zona e l'atterraggio della barca è vicino. Le Warm Mineral Springs sono a soli 3 km di distanza. Ci sono molti campi da golf a North Port e nei dintorni. Sono forniti tappetini da spiaggia, asciugamani e ombrelloni. Lavanderia in loco. La piscina è riscaldata durante i mesi invernali e chiusa nel lanai, quindi non dovrebbero esserci parassiti che ti disturbino. Ci sono letti queen size molto confortevoli in due camere e due letti singoli che si trasformano in un re nella terza camera da letto. C'è anche un materasso ad aria autogonfiabile queen nel caso abbiate bisogno di spazio extra. Due bagni con vasca e doccia. Abbiamo Internet Xfinity che include lo streaming Xfinity insieme a una TV da 65 "con ROKU su cui puoi trasmettere i tuoi preferiti. C'è una Smart TV da 55 "nell'area della piscina. Ci sono tre aeroporti internazionali; Sarasota, Tampa e Ft. Myers. Puoi anche volare a Punta Gorda con Allegiant Airlines. Ci sono numerosi ristoranti e centri commerciali nella zona.
Snook Haven è assolutamente da vedere e offre ottimo cibo, musica, birra artigianale, gite in barca e noleggio di kayak, canoa e pedalò.

Be aware

Horrible horrible experience ! Order bunch of grocery to show up to house upon arriving to find fridge doesn’t work , had to save what I could with my cooler and toss the rest ! Then the ac wasn’t working in the house was on 80 in south Florida on a 95 degree day , called landlord , and she started to be little me , saying 80 in the house is fine , and I was mentally crazy ! I hung up and pack and left ! Be aware !!!

Wonderful getaway

Highly recommend this home! It was clean,well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication from host. Check in and check out was easy! We had a great stay and good experience for using vrbo for the first time. We hope to stay again!

North Port

We loved the location, close to everything but in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The heated pool was a plus for sure! We enjoyed our month long stay and would book again, but they are already booked! They have repeat bookings which is why we chose this home and it does not disappoint. Nothing fancy about furnishings so you can be comfortable and the beds were very comfy.

Peaceful quiet place

Great location Very peaceful quiet place to relax take a swim and catch some fish and nice sunset by the canal but yet close enough to run up town for any thing you may forgot to bring or need house is very clean and well maintained & stocked with everything one would need definitely would stay again

Nice House in North Port

House is a bit older, but in very nice shape and extremely clean. Very nice lanai and pool area with outdoor TV and good view of the canal running along the back of the property. You will get some feathered friends visiting once in a while. New stove, pretty new washer and dryer. Couch with power recliners on each end. Beach chairs supplied, but you may want to bring your own if you have the room to do so.

Our wonderful stay

Another Fabulous Stay!

We stayed at this property last winter and came back again because of the terrific amenities, great hosts, and location. The house is clean and supplied with everything you need. There are games, puzzles, and kayaks. We enjoyed the pool and paddling on the river. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. The kitchen is newly remodeled and well equipped. Sandy and Dave quickly responded to any question. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful View

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks over Christmas and New Years. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. A newly renovated kitchen gave plenty of workspace on the island for preparing food. Screened in pool was so nice and relaxing…and had a beautiful, peaceful view of the waterway in back. The owners were great! Always quick to respond to inquiries. All in all, we had a great stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this home again.

Tranquil Florida Oasis

The home is like the hosts, welcoming and every tiny detail thought of to make your stay inviting and comfortable. We had a wonderful time. Home is on a tranquil canal with a screened in pool/patio area as well as a spacious well equipped kitchen/dining/entertainment area. the large picture window in the common area was so peaceful to watch all the wildlife and summer storms come in. We BBQ’d, kayaked and visited with immediate family enjoying the pool and all this great place had to offer. This home is immaculate clean and I appreciated the labeled cabinets so we knew where everything was and went back to. Lots of thought and care has been provided to this little oasis. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

First day we showed up here my niece saw her first alligator. I caught a few channel cats. We went to the beach the next day and saw 3 dolphins within about 10' and a manatee by the break wall. House was very nice and the host was even nicer. If I had a question I got a response super quick

A beautiful house.a magnificent host

Never stayed anywhere where are host was so helpful.I am 70not computer savvy and are host helped me all the way. Had a minor problem host was contacted and she took care of right away. Would recommend this rental to anyone.

Great house! Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The owners provided everything we could need. The kitchen was well supplied, and the living area is very comfortable. There were even games and puzzles. We especially enjoyed the pool area and paddling on the river in the kayaks. The owners quickly responded to any question. We look forward to our visit next year.

Awesome vacation

We loved the house and pool area. The pool was perfect temperature to swim in and we used the screen room to work out in as there was plenty of space. The televisions were situated in great places so all could watch. All was perfect in the kitchen and lots of linens were available. We were very happy and would love to come back.

Very comfortable and relaxing

This is a very comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. They have everything you need for a relaxing stay. Owners are very accommodating and helpful. We really enjoyed fishing and kayaking in the canal in back. The layout of the house is great for socializing. It trained most of the time we were here but still managed to use the pool, the grill, the kayaks, and the fishing poles. Lots to do nearby.
