“We started out with problems from the online check in. They said we were in #9 but in was occupied, so they set us up in #6, then the code wasn’t working to get in. After that things were good, till we left and checked out at 830 then in a couple hours later they said we didn’t check out. There systems needs some work. Great location”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Essex Street Inn. We loved the cleanliness of the Inn. The Continental breakfast was just what we needed. Good selection of breakfast choices. Hope the Inn never changes the breakfast choices. Will go back.”

“I thought for the price of the room the place would be a lot nicer. I tried to check in a little early because my travel plans had changed. Unfortunately I was not able to do so and no other option was given. When I checked into my room (King room with jetted tub) I noticed that it was clean and had the right size bed. The bed itself was in rough shape. Very hard and sloped down to one side. The floor in front of the tub that was next to the bed was buckled from moisture. There were...

“Posizione comoda per visitare i paesini della costa del Maine ma anche del Massachusetts. La stanza era molto ampia e confortevole: disponeva di una zona giorno con divano tavolino e tavolo da pranzo con poltrone piccola zona cucina, zona notte con letto ampio e comodo. Il personale molto disponibile e gentile. La pulizia della stanza, se si resta piú di una notte, va richiesta tramite un modulo che si trova in reception, altrimenti non passano. Colazione varia.”
