“Good place and nice rooms. You have to ask to get the room done daily..else they skip it. No closed wardrobe in the room. Bathroom is nice.
Breakfast is very limited in choice. Parking is 15$/day.”

“I got stuck in an FAA ground stop in Seattle. I was rebooked on a flight that was supposed to land in Oakland at 9 pm, then delayed to 11, then to 2 am. I called the hotel and explained, promising to be there ASAP.
I landed at 4 am and went straight to the hotel, where a man behind the desk informed me my reservation was cancelled. I tried to explain but was interrupted and given a lecture about being on time. I asked if I could still get a room, I had been traveling 23 hours. He said yes but...

“Its absolutely horrid. I had to leave and ask for my money back after walking into the hotel room less than 2 minutes later. You turn the light on to roaches running across the walls, sink, and counter. There was literal boogers flicked and wiped on the walls and what appeared to be some blood or something on the door. Just absolutely awful.”

“The room was super clean. Vaulted ceilings, walk-in shower with awesome shower head. The bed was really comfortable and the AC worked really well.
There is only 1 washer and 1 dryer. I was constantly moving one man’s laundry (3 loads) from the washer to the dryer to the folding area. He would leave and not return for 45 minutes.
The hotel was great, really clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.”
