“Very nice hotel, clean rooms seems to be pretty new. The hot tub is really nice it is an indoor/outdoor hot tub and quite large.”

“I had my DoorDash order taken by another guest from outside my room. By the time the staff reviewed the cameras and figured out what room they were in, they had eaten nearly all the food. The hotel did reimburse me back the cost of the DoorDash order. Thank you. 😊”

“Check in and check out were easy by using the link provided. The whirlpool had distinct water line ring & hair in the bottom. The ice bucket had black mold around the ring at the top. The exterior door of the hotel was unlocked/unlatched when we entered. Once we closed it shut and tried to reopen for a family member bringing in baggage, the door would not open. Both of these were alarming.”

“The rest of the guests were mostly long term residents and extremely rude and obnoxious. They sit around gossiping outside short term guests rooms, knock on the door and then run away. The room itself was so dirty, I went and got tapestries and fabric to put over the furniture and used a tarp over the bed I wasn't using and the bedding had holes in it and didn't look clean and felt terrible. One woman stood in front of my door and barked orders at some other people apparently far from where...

“When I checked in the staff was great! The room was stale and flooring was dirty. Bathroom sink was leaking and the toilet was running all night. Breakfast was very slim pickings and no fruit was out the first morning. When I asked for additional towels the bald dark man was annoyed that I was asking for more towels, he asked what happened to the towels in the room. I used them... I think this hotel could use a lot of renovations. The picture was not my room. ”

“Hot breakfast items need some change. Scrambled eggs and bacon would have been a nice alternative to "omelette" and sausage every day. Some type of sweet rolls ,cake, cookie, would be nice too. Larger cereal bowls. Staff, especially Jose, was great.”

We unfortunately booked this late at night going home or I never would have stayed there. The smell as you walk in is overwhelming of curry and doesn’t get any better in the rooms. “I made my reservation 15 minutes before arriving. When I got there the clerk at the counter seemed annoyed that I interrupted her time spent talking with friends, that were standing at the counter. Then when she realized she needed to help me, she said "Oh, you just made this reservation, I thought I was done for thr night." I was less than impressed.”

“Let me say, right off, that it was a clean place, the staff was great and it was priced right. Not a deal breaker, but there were minor damages in plumbing fixtures and the furniture seemed outdated. The "continental breakfast" and dining room could see improvements in layout and quality. The tables and chairs were basic and utilitarian, low cost-low quality foods, no signage to direct weary travelers to where food and stuffs could be found. Awkward layout of food prep/offering locations...
