Unfortunately the first floor seems to be housing tenants with odd behaviors. The hallway smelled of cigarettes. And out side both entrance “tenants” would hang out with other tenants and cause a commotion. The second room had mold on the beds headboards and the windows did not latch properly. It would have been nice to enjoy a hot breakfast on the cold and gloomy morning that we were there, though. We enjoyed meeting our friendly host, Joe, and had a nice conversation with him as he explained the history of the property and some future kitchen renovations he has in the works.
