“I stayed in New York with my family for Christmas, and overall it was very good. The beds were comfortable, but the floor and carpet weren't cleaned daily. During our 7-day stay, the carpet and floor were only cleaned once. Perhaps due to the holidays, toilet paper and tissues weren't replenished promptly; we had to call reception to have them delivered.”

“This hotel was great for the price. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and the location was very accessible along the subway line with easy travel to the city centre and other attractions. There is also a continental breakfast included in the stay. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to New York and would recommend to others.”
