“The pool wasn’t heated and the hot tub didn’t work. The door to our room was broken and the tv didn’t work. They gave us a new room, but the mattress was gross and stained.”

“Hotel was very clean, well kept, and quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They welcomed me, my fiance, and dog into the hotel with a smile and made sure to point out all the extras our room came with ( free drinks, free tickets for mini golf, discounted restaurant coupons, etc). They also texted me throughout our stay to ask if we needed anything. We will be booking here in the future!”

“We had an oceanfront room on the third floor of the south tower. The room and view were Lovely and the staff was very helpful (even though my room wasn’t ready and it was past the 4pm check-in time). After going to sleep, I was awoken in the middle of the night by a very loud sound I can only describe as a wind tunnel…I was awake most of the night because of it. In the morning I asked if anyone had complained and was told maintenance would check. It wasn’t a motor cycling or any other...

“My son and I stayed for two nights and found the room clean and worth the price. The location is great, close to beach attractions. and well cleaned for our second night. It could use hooks for clothes in the bathroom, the shower was hot and great water pleasure. The heat and air conditioner worked well. Nice stay.”
