I was on the first floor surrounded by a very large group of families with small children. Children were running, screaming and crying the entire stay. One child cried at the top of their lungs from the time I got there until I left. I complained at the front desk but they were fully booked and would not speak to any of the families. Requested a new room, had to send the manager a video of the noise, which was fine. The room that were moved to was the next room over.
