“Pool was down, and only ice machine that worked was on the bottom floor. Also only half a roll of toilet paper with no replacement at start of visit (stayed 2 nights). Staff was really nice and and as accommodating as they could be. (Short staffed). The lady who checked me in was really amazing and helped me through a mess up they had of double booking the room I reserved. “Firstly when I looked online I thought the area was decent but when we got there it was mostly drug addicts. The cops got called a few rooms down from us scaring my wife. The whole hotel was falling apart inside and out and it had an odor. The customer service was terrible as well, the ladies at the desk had an attitude anytime we tried to talk to them or ask for something. Even the WiFi was an hassle, they wouldnt let us connect more than one device unless we paid extra and even when we paid...

“Check-in and front desk were friendly. Professional. And efficient. The room was modern and exceptionally clean. Fitness room was clean and had updated equipment. A few mats for floor work would be helpful. Greatly appreciated the 24-hr laundry facilities with well maintained, clean machines that were available to use for no charge. Good variety for breakfast in welcoming and comfortable dining area. Dining staff was very friendly and accommodating. Loved our stay.”
