“We were sent to a room that was already occupied !! Only upon entering we encountered a man coming out the shower as surprised as we were It took another 45 minutes to sort a room and at no time did anyone say sorry!”

“The location was easy to find using satnav and the access is very easy. There is ample parking in a quiet location. An unusual feature is that all rhe rooms are purpose built modern units detached from the much older public house part which also houses the restaurant. There is also a beer garden area with some shade. The benefit of this layout is that there are no staircases or lifts to navigate to get to your room. My room was exceptionally large, and my first impression was how cool it felt...

“The breakfasts were good, although they weren't included, but it was hard to get an evening meal. The room I stayed in was near the road and boiler/ air conditioning so it was very noisy so I slept very badly. The fire alarm went off early in the morning and we didn't get any information from the staff so didn't know if it was safe to return to our rooms. Although geographically it worked well I wouldn't stay there again.”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I stayed in Room 0, and just before going to bed I discovered that there was no water at all in the shower or taps. After a long, hot day, not being able to shower was extremely frustrating. What made the situation worse was that I tried calling the emergency contact number, but no one answered. I also attempted to contact reception and received no response there either. This wasn't just a maintenance issue—it was a failure...
