“I stayed at this hotel for one night and noticed multiple bedbug bites the next morning after checking out. I reported the issue right away. The hotel’s response was to say they could not handle any refund directly and that I needed to go through Expedia. Expedia then contacted the hotel on my behalf, but after additional waiting, the hotel still declined to refund the room charge.
