“I got to the property (albeit, very late in the night, but had a reservation) and they couldn’t find my Expedia reservation that I already paid for, so I just paid them anyways. I’m honestly not sure if this is their fault or Expedia’s. The room was only half clean. One of the beds wasn’t made.
