“Properly grounds and staff were beautiful. The only issue was the hot water it took a long time to get hot and it didn’t get very hot. The towels and bed linen were soft and comfortable for showering and sleeping. I was in a suite and I would stay again in that exact same room,”

“Standard al di sotto del brand “La Quinta”. Camera con alcuni componenti consumati e pulizia inesistente di alcune parti. Ho fatto presente queste cose alla reception: risultato…non e’ cambiato nulla. Colazione scarsa; normalmente si trovano sempre caffè’ acqua a disposizione in reception. Qui c’è una macchinetta del caffè mal funzionante, niente acqua, assenza di attenzioni al cliente. Non ci torno.”

“The hotel is decent, but not for the amount of money that they charged. The pool was broken so I couldn’t use it. There is a smell throughout the entire hotel that isn’t pleasant. Most definitely in need of renovation. Breakfast was decent, but very typical”

“New, clean accomodation and all staff was polite, friendly and helpful. Did not like not having at least complimentary am coffee in the lobby. In room coffee is a one cup packet only and was not replentished during my stay.”

“I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I informed the front desk that I could no longer stay for the second night and requested a refund for the unused night. Instead of trying to help, I was told I could check out, but they could not guarantee a refund. They still charged me for both nights, even though I only stayed one night. It felt like I was being forced to pay for a room I didn't even use. I understand that hotels have cancellation policies, but the customer service was...

“Convenient location for a campus visit. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. The room felt small and dated but it was clean.”

“Manger is very rude and was mad because I wanted to extend my stay a day early and decided to ban me and my kids due to his difficult way of explaining his business”

“We switched my guys through about five rooms and each one had mold in the bathroom, AC did not work or all kinds of spider webs and spiders in the rooms. Very unacceptable conditions. I ended up calling Expedia and getting a refund. I put them in the Hampton across the street.”

“The hotel is very well maintained with a nice rooftop bar/restaurant. You can see Bryant Denny from there as well as downtown Tuscaloosa. Location was great for downtown Tuscaloosa, you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. Staff was welcoming and nice. Answered our questions with a lot of info. Has valet parking but we didn't need it for a June visit. Short drive to UofA campus, but probably not walkable.”

“Everyone was kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean, a/c worked wonderfully thank goodness considering the outdoor heat.lol. Didn't eat breakfast but greatly appreciated the all day coffee. The only thing that I'd recommend is a list of local restaurants and tourist attractions be put in the rooms for visitors who don't really have a plan to go by.”
