They communicated very promptly over messages and calls, and gave us clear information about parking, amenities, and check-in/check-out which made everything stress-free from the start. “Arrival was easy, nobody manning reception but was not a problem, key left on the side clearly labelled and clear instructions etc. Room clean and well presented, good amenities, including tea, coffee, fresh milk etc. Room not perfectly blackout with some streetlight coming in round the side of the curtains, and a faint green light from the fire exit sign, not something that bothers me as I sleep with my eyes closed, but some day dreamers might want a blindfold. Bed was clean, very comfortable...

“We hired the luxury pool villa and it was fantastic, even better only 10 steps to the lovely pub where they serve delicious meals. All in all an excellent stay”

“Called craig for check in, was greeted with him with a blood all around his nose telling us hes not well and his girlfriend had noroviris. Don't think I've used as much hand santiser since 2020. Other was room looked good and spacious good for a night or two. Good location, The boathouse cafe over the road is a great too and just over road for for breakfast.”
