“Room was very clean, and staff was excellent. My only complaint would be the grounds around the hotel is very dirty with trash everywhere. We had two dogs with us, and to walk them was challenging due to litter everywhere. Everything else was perfect. ”

“Staff very pleasant and answered questions if there was any. Hot tub and pool wonderful. Breakfast was fine like the variety of things to pick. The rooms were very clean only complaint was that the toilets were very low felt like we're in elementary school. People with knee problems and back problems will have a problem with trying to get up after each use. Other then that loved the room and how clean they were.”

“All rooms are on ground floor, with windows facing parking. The bathroom window did not lock at all - mechanism was broken and screen ripped. The window in the main (sleeping) room had a single lock. The towels had brown stains on them. The bed was reasonably comfortable but the pillows (only 3 for a king bed) were small and squashed. ”

“The room was smaller than expected but fortunately we were only staying one night. The room didn’t seem to have enough insulation and it was a cold, windy night when we arrived. The heating system worked great but the bathroom remained cold even with the door left open. It was easy to complete the check-in process and receive our door code. The only suggestions I would make is for more areas in the bathroom for supplies, maybe a small shelf and more drinking cups, only 2 were provided.”

“It's just the 100 copay that's crazy for good people we should be able for front desk to look at the room right then and there and get it back so we can use it for another stay”

“Room 211 appears recently refurbished —paint, flooring, and other fixtures were new and maintained. A few minor problems in room 211: —no smoke detector. It looks like the wall-mounted smoke detector was removed for painting the walls and not re-installed. —a few non-functioning USB outlets, probably from heavy usage. Both USB outlets on the bed light fixture were non-functional. Rest of building was fine. One of the front doors was out of order and blocked with a park bench. The elevator...

“The room was so bad , I literally had to go get sheets and Lysol wipes in order to sleep. There’s no one at the counter to help you on a weekend even after 9am , you gotta use a phone on the wall to call for help. The entire premise smells like smoke residue . 0/10 experience and oh check in is equally as crazy ”

“My 2 night stay with my dog was very pleasant. Room was big and the bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the “studio” part of the room. Kinda did feel like home away from home. The pet area and outside was well lit which was good at night for this single lady. I really enjoyed the fire pit out front on a nice evening. Cannot comment on the breakfast because I only had coffee but it did look like a nice spread.”

“Absolutely disgusting. The first room had no table or coat rack or comforter and smelled like cigarettes. They moved me to another room that had a grimy bathroom and again no comforter, plus a broken heater. The owner tried to get into the room without announcing himself. I don’t know how this place is allowed to be open. ”

“In the top 3 all time of the worsest hotel I have ever seen. Horrible. Smell everywhere. Corridors and stairs not clean. Old and decrepit rooms”

“I only Stayed one night because I had a 5 am Flight. It was great to be able to park my car while on vacation and have shuttle service to and from the airport. The staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had. The bed was so comfortable I missed My flight. So set your alarm a few times ! ”

“Clean room, staff was wonderful. Breakfast was simple but has everything you need. One thing that surprised me was when I got a text from the hotel an hour after checking in, to see how things were going and if I needed anything. Such great service!!!”
