“I can't recall the name of the attendant who was working the evening of our stay but she was absolutely terrific! She was funny and had a great personality. Everyone who worked there did actually, but the front desk attendant was my favorite!”

“Very nice hotel. Clean. Good amenities. Pool was nice. Attached restaurant had good food. Only small issue was with breakfast, it stopped at 10 and we came down around 20 til and could hardly get to anything because staff was stocking and had cabinets open and were cleaning up. Other than that, great stay and great location. ”

“We were greeted by the friendliest lady at the front around 7pm on Sunday June 22. I have stayed at several hotels and we had never been treated so special. Then what put it over the top was how clean the room was. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Will definately recommend this location to my friends and family.”

“We stayed for a quick overnight on our travels and this hotel had everything we needed. Friendly staff, confy beds, pretty good coffee, breakfast was waffles and pastries, but they did have cheese omelets and boiled eggs in the fridge. The room was spacious and my kids loved the reading seat in the window seal. ”

“The hotel was perfectly located for the JazzFest that happened to be going on when we arrived in Rochester. The staff were amazing - always positive and helpful. The rooms were modern and very clean. The gym was great - even has a Peloton! We'll stay there again for sure!”
