Hotel vicino a Cybersecurity Experience Center - Rochester

“Buon motel, camera spaziosa e abbastanza moderna, dotata di tutti i comfort. Colazione nelle aspettative, abbondante e con diversi tipi di muffin, tra le altre cose...ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! non mancava proprio nulla.”

“Spacious rooms with excellent amenities. However, the choice of food at breakfast was very limited. Coffee was weak as well.”

“Be careful leaving review instead of using it to improve they will put you on a do not rent list .which as a company who you send ques to you should be alarmed by this practice and investigate it further for it prevents accurate reviews and maybe you may need to consider perhaps removing them from your list if this is found to be their practice! “This hotel looked recently renovated and was excellent top to bottom. Great staff, excellent room, free breakfast - absolutely nothing to complain about!”

“The hotel was dirty and the hotel as a whole was extremely runned down. Breakfast was lacking...not even having milk, extra bagels etc.. Our family will not be back.”

“We checked in and went up to the rooms. They smelled terrible, so we tried to turn on the air conditioners and they did not work. We found a beg bug crawling on the cover, and that was the deal breaker. The front desk employee was clueless. We left the hotel and expect a full refund.”

“We were very impressed with this hotel from the moment we walked in. The man at the check in was very welcoming and pleasant. I believe his name was Adam. In the evening the fire pit was lit on the patio and it was a nice evening spent outside at the fire. The breakfast was great in the morning. When checking out the gal who checked us out was very pleasant as well. We would stay here again and plan for more then one night.”

“The Microtel is my home away from home. I have been staying there, when I'm in town, for about five to six years. It's convenient, clean, centrally located, the staff is exceptional and the breakfast is good. I don't stay anywhere else.”

“We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia.”
