Hotel vicino a Empire Reserve Soccer Complex - Rochester

“Great”

“Everything is fine.”

“Best in class in Rochester area. Clean, safe, not a welfare hotel so no loitering in the parking lot. Excellent front desk crew, helpful management, good stay for the price! Beds are clean, no bugs etc. Each room has some little challenge like fridge is missing shelves, shower has no soap etc. Be prepared for that. But everything around it is really disgusting. Literally right off the I-90 and 390...easy on/off. Just south of the city. Dining options nearby. Hot breakfast includes eggs,...

“Buon motel, camera spaziosa e abbastanza moderna, dotata di tutti i comfort. Colazione nelle aspettative, abbondante e con diversi tipi di muffin, tra le altre cose...ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! non mancava proprio nulla.”

“I would not stay here again. I booked 1 week and didn't even stay 1 night. The rooms had and order of smoke. The bathroom floor water would come up every time you would flush the toilet. And there were dead bugs all over the floor. What does housekeeping do? The walls were black and the AC/Heat wasn't working properly. Our room was changed 2 times with all the rooms the same. I slept in my car with my husband and daughter..”

“Make sure you bring your own toothbrush and paste. Very uncommon for such size of hotel chain to make you buy the bare necessities, including a body lotion. The receptionist on duty at my arrival was not bothered if anyone would come to the hotel. The male staff at the reception were all nice and helpful, making you feel welcomed and valued. The condition of the hotel was good in general. The wall behind the toilet in my bathroom was wet.”

“Have stayed here a few times. Very happy with this hotel”

“Clean!”

“The staff was very welcoming and assisted us with a few inquiries. Joe, one of the bartenders gave us several restaurant suggestions, including Strangebird where we had a great time as well as a delicious meal.”

“Clean and comfortable”
