Hotel vicino a Marketplace Mall - Rochester

“Love this hotel. They have remodeled it since last we stayed. Looks great. Issues. The bathroom in the lobby. Someone broke the door off the stall. Not sure how long it was like that but no one was trying to fix it. There was a stained bed sheet by laundry room in the hall. Not hotels fault but someone should have not let it sit for an entire night. Lastly, hall by rooms 130s smelt like animal urine. If guests are extended they should clean after themselves. I had a suite room that was next to the elevator so there times where it was a little noisy, but for the most part I enjoyed the room; it was clean, it was spacious, comfortable, and it has everything that I needed and more. Free breakfast was very nice too, I really appreciated that. 🙂”

“I arrived at the hotel and was told the reservation I made had been cancelled, with no reason and no name of the person who made the cancellation. Every room was occupied, so I had to spend an hour on the phone with Expedia to get a refund. Once I received a refund (at 10 pm), I had to leave to find a place to stay. “Staff was friendly overall and answered all of my questions. I liked that it is close to shops and restaurants within walking distance, with a wide variety of options nearby. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable.”

“The accommodations were ok; but other occupants were very loud outside the room and the walls are thin; room next door tv was very clearly heard and we could even hear the occupants’ coughing ”

“Breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty. Hot coffee was available at all hours. Parking was easy. Location is convenient to multiple universities. Room 101 ( where we stayed ) was roomy, but the main bed is against a wall with a mechanical room on the other side that hummed all night.”
