“Spacious rooms with excellent amenities. However, the choice of food at breakfast was very limited. Coffee was weak as well.”

“The room smelled. The place was not clean. The linens, bed and pillows were awful never will stay there again. Very dissatisfied.”

“The refrigerator did not work in my room. However, I was offered another room, but I was checking out the next day, and I had already removed the spoiled food. I also thought the coffee was very weak each morning. My last stay there, a couple of months ago, you had a selection of coffee to choose from, on this stay it was only one choice of coffee which was very weak each morning.”

“This hotel looked recently renovated and was excellent top to bottom. Great staff, excellent room, free breakfast - absolutely nothing to complain about!”

“Be careful leaving review instead of using it to improve they will put you on a do not rent list .which as a company who you send ques to you should be alarmed by this practice and investigate it further for it prevents accurate reviews and maybe you may need to consider perhaps removing them from your list if this is found to be their practice! “The hotel was dirty and the hotel as a whole was extremely runned down. Breakfast was lacking...not even having milk, extra bagels etc.. Our family will not be back.”

“It took us 9 hours to be able to check in. Never was asked for an ID, was handed a room key and was told to come back. Wasn't able to get ahold of property for two days ahead of reservation, because we needed to know if we'd have a crib as requested, we weren't able to. There were smoke detectors cherping due to dead/dying batteries all in the first floor. One room could clearly smell was smoking. The hot/cold didn't match the faucets or sides in any of the spots in the room. There were taped...

“The whole structure of the property is really rundown. Inside the room there were several things that were noteworthy: there was a large yellow stain on the flat sheet on the bed, there was hair on the wall of the shower that hadn’t been cleaned from the previous occupant, there was no shower gel in the container, the towel rack in the bathroom was partially ripped out of the wall, there was a stench of marijuana coming into the room, and the walls were so thin, that you could hear the people in...

“We were very impressed with this hotel from the moment we walked in. The man at the check in was very welcoming and pleasant. I believe his name was Adam. In the evening the fire pit was lit on the patio and it was a nice evening spent outside at the fire. The breakfast was great in the morning. When checking out the gal who checked us out was very pleasant as well. We would stay here again and plan for more then one night.”
