“Stanze appena ristrutturate e bellissime. Tutte le comodità, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale. Non ha parcheggio e bisogna parcheggiare nel parcheggio pubblico, ma sono veramente 5 minuti a piedi.”

“Camera confortevole, non molto grande, ma buona per pochi giorni. La pulizia non era stata fatta alla perfezione al nostro arrivo, in più il frigo non era funzionante, ma dopo la nostra segnalazione è stato riparato. Nel complesso un buon soggiorno.”

“La struttura si trova in ottima posizione, a pochi minuti dalla Cattedrale, dalle vie con i negozi e dal lungofiume con diversi ristoranti. L’edificio ha un ristorante e un pub del quattordicesimo secolo. Le camere sono spaziose, confortevoli e pulite personale gentile e disponibile. Dispone poi di un ampio parcheggio sul retro”

“Positives - location perfect for exploring Exeter and The Quay. Bathroom was nice and more recently refurbished. Carpark was straightforward but you pay. Bar man very helpful, went out of his way to find some peppermint tea, very grateful. Staff were friendly but no one explained about the £10 pp charge to swim… we were simply told we could use the leisure facilities while we stayed. It was cheap but a poor choice - no sleep, bedroom and communal areas tired. Bed had no mattress protector,...

“Well located for shops and both Exeter Main and St. Davids railway stations. My room was compact but well thought out and well equipped. It was great to have a light next to the bed which you could turn off/on easily and the shower was good. Breakfast was first class, beautifully served and coffee one of the best. I would have liked more savoury options for the breakfast but that is just a small preference. Host was really helpful and very welcoming. I would stay here again.”

“The kitchenette rooms are lovely and spacious with good facilities. Beds are huge and super comfy, TV was massive! Room was clean and quiet. Staff both at reception and at the breakfast were very friendly and made you feel at ease. Breakfast was especially good with lots of nice options, you don’t feel rushed to get in and out so you can really take your time in there. A lovely stay.”
