“It was a great location especially after being in the car all day. Easy walk to dinner. Everything worked as it should with plenty of coffee and water. Stairs up may be difficult for some with lots of luggage but we navigated them easily with minimal luggage. ”

“Property needs upgraded floors and interior. Extremely poor flooring in dire need of repair on second and third floors and upgrading. If staying in lower unit you would not be able to sleep with others upstairs as the noise from the flooring would disrupt your stay. We rented the whole unit and still were displeased. ”

“Clean, nicely located in quiet neighborhood! Great stay! ”

“Great stay, quiet, river being right out the back door is amazing. We stayed there the 3rd week of June daytime temps were mid to high 70's, so still pretty mild but air conditioning would be nice on hotter days. But evening temps were perfect to have the windows open with the cool mountain air. Not much room for parking. I'll be staying there again! 👍👍”

“These townhouse was in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. House was nice, clean, well equipped but does have two flights of stairs that might be hard to navigate for some people.”

“We stayed for a week while visiting family. The host was very responsive and the property was quite comfortable. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. We travel to Clovis twice a year and will definitely be booking this place again! ”
