“Everything was perfect. Quite and clean rooms. Only thing is they should have a vending machine for detergent in laundry room.”

“The check-in person barely spoke a word, definitely not friendly and welcoming. The use of actual keys instead of key cards was terrible as the keys barely fit the locks.We weren’t sure if the room was actually locked once inside and had to put someone in the hall to make sure. And no security lock inside. I had brought some luggage out in the morning and when I went back in I couldn’t get the main door key to work, the front desk person was right there listening to his loud music and watching...

“Not great, first room looked like it was either in redo mode or in use, 2nd room was not much better. Door would not stay closed unless bolted, very few dishes, no toilet paper other than the 1/4 roll in the bathroom. Terrible furniture & TV. This is very basic accommodation at a premium price in my opinion. It was ok clean wise & staff was friendly, but that's about it. Not much to choose from in Chapleau, but I would not go back.”

“Recently renovated and converted property with large suites, adequately furnished with all basic furniture and kitchen appliances and dishes etc. Rooms were clean, linen was good quality, kitchen was clean and tidy. Great short term stay. ”

“The office was a bit complicated to find when we arrived. The host was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The suite encompassed a well equipped kitchen complete with full size refrigerator/freezer, stove with oven, countertops and sink. Perfect for cooking our meals. In addition to a large living room, dining area, and bath, there were two large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Well worth the money. Recommend it for either a short or long stay. We were there 3 nights.”

“The office check in was strange. Not an office setting. Little things need attention. Dish towels were rags. Bath mat looked old. Pieces of drywall sitting in hallways. Outside premises could use a spruce up.”
