“Beautiful property with lovely restaurant but rooms are small/tight compared to other luxury hotels. AC system was loud and inefficient. Reminded me of old Marriotts from 1990’s. Butler is a nice concept but slow responses $10 coffee was good but….seems a bit much. Good location. Overall there’s other nice hotels we’ve enjoyed that are superior to this hotel and less expensive”

“Bianca Johnathan and Nick did a fantastic job, making sure that we were comfortable and happy. I told Bianca that we were there to see a baseball game at Fenway. We were upgraded to a room that overlooked the park, which was absolutely perfect. The view set the tone for the rest of the trip. I do wish, though that given how much I paid each night that it would’ve included breakfast rather than it being additional. They had plenty of cold water anytime and they gave reusable water bottles....

“Mixed feelings about the structure. At arrival we got the room we paid for, it had several problems with lights in the room. The staff was nice and they upgraded us to a much better room, that was amazing at the top floors. But a free upgrade is of course not guaranteed and I need to review what we paid for, that would be a 3 stars. Position and surrounding of the hotel are really good. ”

“La camera quadrupla era spaziosa, c’era anche un tavolino dove poter fare colazione grazie anche alla presenza di una macchinetta del caffè con tutto l’occorrente per poterla utilizzare. Unico neo bagno un po’ vecchiotto e non proprio pulitissimo! ”
