“Check in - I booked a king bed, was told oh we upgraded you to a room with 2 queen beds. We need to get ready for a wedding so said ok. That night when we came back the one bed was old and noisy every time you moved.. other one ok. Told them the next morning - " thanks for letting us know" Clean,our room was on the back side of the hotel /ground floor. The step up to the cement walkway is about a foot high in some spots, using inside hallway recommended for seniors. Certainly didn't get what...
