“Having a few complementary bottles of water is a very thoughtful gesture. When you get to your room after a day of travelling and find yourself with the ability to just grab a fresh bottle of water, one of those features that you realize should just be common place every hotel. It’s a very small gesture yet it goes a long way and I appreciate it. Other hotels that do provide a few bottles of water then slap on a ridiculous seven dollar charge for a bottle that cost maybe a dime or two....
