“We had been traveling all day and on some very muddy roads. Our car was covered in mud. We were tired. I remember thinking I didn’t want to carry all our bags upstairs. We were given a room on the ground floor with access to our parking spot! The room itself was large and spacious. “When we first arrived we were locked in our room. After struggling for 10 minutes with the door, my wife called down to the front desk. Their suggestion was to ‘pull hard’. We finally got out. The maintenance man came and fixed the door, but then it would not latch. It could be pushed open from the hallway. Maintenance came to fix the door again which took about an hour.
