Hotel di lusso a Northern Alberta

“Their wifi was out during my visit. The room was ok, but cold! I turned on the heat and yet the room didn’t warm up. The washroom was ice cold as well. Overall, the hotel was ok. Only a gym, no pool /no hot tub. Breakfast was ok. But expected more for breakfast - since Conklin is in a remote area, this is the only spot people could get a good breakfast. Overall ok, since this is the only hotel in the area!”

“Front desk lady went above and beyond to resolve a payment issue error. Provided great guide of the area and was very friendly. Great experience!”

“Confusing controls for the hvac in the room, we couldn't figure out how to set it to auto. So it would either run on heat, even with the thermostat turned down. Or else cold with A/C finally just gave up and opened the window and turned it off. Otherwise we like the place”

“We found this property very clean and convenient. The manager is friendly and was very concerned about our comfort, great stay!”
