“I find it difficult to believe that all these reviews (which I consulted before booking for our sports team) are positive. Immediately upon entering the room, there was a thick smell of cigarettes that permeated all our clothes. The bathroom had hairs around the sink, and turning on the hot tap resulted in a gush of brown, sandy water.
