“Very very disappointed. We had booked one of the more expensive top floor rooms for our wedding anniversary. We live locally but thought we would make a night of it, check out the hotel, have drinks and a meal on the rooftop etc. I had paid the extra for a late cancellation. My husband is in remission from stage 4 lung cancer (not to be fair they knew that) and very unexpectedly the afternoon we were meant to check in he felt unwell and ended up overnight on ICU. I called the hotel to let them...

“I've stayed there a couple of time now. Positive experience. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. I'd certainly stay there again. A couple of very minor things... 1. The toilet roll holder in the room was a bit loose. 2. The underground car park was closed one night when I arrived back at about 7pm. The concierge did offer to open it up for me, but I'd already parked elsewhere. 3. On our last night no hand towels or bath mats were provided but I did get an extra towel.”

“Korte's Resort is a wonderful place where we just spent one night on the road to Bundaberg. The room are spacious and clean and the hotel restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food they serve is awesome and the staff is kindly and helpful. one plus is the free parking just in the front of your room and you can meet some kangaroo late in the afternoon or early in the morning, just behind the hotel ”

“Stay here quite regularly, the staff know us when we have appointments at the nearby hospital. Staff are wonderful and caring. The bathroom we had did leak and needed extra towels to mop up the water leaking onto the carpet. The other downside is the wifi connection to the TV, we always seem to have trouble to connect no matter using Accor or hot spot.”
