She saw how mad I was at myself and better than matched the price I had booked. That kind of human customer service is sadly lacking these days. Big kudos to her!”

“We booked a suite for one night after a family wedding at the hotel. The lobby was clean, inviting, and modern, and check-in was smooth with only a short wait. The gentleman at the front desk was very professional and friendly. Our suite was much nicer than expected. It looked updated and spotless, with a soft modern color scheme and a very comfortable king bed. “We stay at the Red Carpet every time we travel by air from JFK. We drive from our home in Ohio to the Red Carpet the night before our flight. Then it is a short hour and a half (or 2 with heavy traffic) to the airport the next day. It works for us. The hotel is clean and safe. We like the staff. It is always a good stay.”
