The location perfect, you have bunch of great restaurant around the hotel . Downtown Pittsburgh is only 20 min . I recommend for sure !!!!”

“I was staying a week. My first room was not clean- bathroom was dirty in shower and sink had mold like black ring around rim and rug not vacuumed very well. I changed to a 2nd room and the sink was dirty and toilet was missing the seat tab and was dirty. Went back to front desk got a 3rd room where the toilet seat was broken and the closet door would not move open. I told the front desk and they sent maintenance to fix it. “We have stayed at this property several times over the years and have watched it decline to the point where we chose to stay elsewhere. I grew up in the area and return often. When I saw the property was rebranded under Wyndham/Ramada, I decided to check it out. The recent upgrades have restored the property to it's original calibre as a Holiday Inn and I will go back whenever I need accommodated there. “The room set up was nice. Had a lil trouble with the mini fridge but the staff quickly took care of it. Did not receive daily maid service/ don't know why. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good! They kept up on restocking low/out of items, so it was all fresh.”
