“Location of the place is really nice, close proximity to food and other establishments. Place is very clean and modern.The staff are really nice”

“The room looked clean and the beds were neat. However, there was a smell that was like that of homeless people who have not showered for days. I also saw a few cockroaches (or other bugs) in the bathroom area. There are nearby restaurants and a grocer, and the freeway is very close. This location is convenient for travel. I did not use laundry service and my interaction with the staff was minimal but okay.”

“Il motel si trova in una buona posizione ma le condizioni sono davvero pessime. Si presenta bene dall’esterno ma le stanze sono sporche. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere un cambio della prima stanza perché puzzava tantissimo di fumo nonostante fosse una stanza non fumatori. Il copriletto era rovinato da bruciature di sigarette. Al cambio stanza mancavano gli asciugami e ne abbiamo ricevuto dopo l’ennesima richiesta la metà del numero di ospiti. Le frequentazioni del motel sono estremamente discutibili....

“No shampoo/conditioner. Ended up going to near by store in the night for this. When we reached property , staff is on 30 minutes break and had to wait to checkin. Bed is ok and parking is comfortable.”

“The property looks nice on internet. But when we arrived, we were scare because some people look so sick using drug in front of the office. It look like the property has some contract with the government for housing for homeless people... We stayed for 2 nights because we already booked. The first night we heard the voice of a man screaming like he was overdose... next day there was an ambulant arrived with a fire truck... in the parking lot there is a car with broken windows and four flat...

“Check in and check out were painless. More than ample 110 volt outlets as well as USB A outlets. There are no USB C outlets Lots of desktop space for backpacks, phones, paraphernalia. Overall very spacious, clean room Refrig, ironing board, closet with drawers, very large dresser sofa sleeper, king size bed. A/c works. Access door wasn't taking our room card key. They fixed the door lock in less than 5 minutes. Wifi Download/upload in room 10 mbps sometimes better at 80 mbps, but for most part...

“The room had a strong perfume smell, likely from the use of scented laundry detergents and other cleaning products. This made the stay unpleasant. And the continual hum of traffic noise made it difficult for me to fall also, even wearing earplugs. This property is not exceptional in any regard and the two negatives make it no better than average.”

“I guess you get what you pay for bad area dirty room. As soon as you walk in the whole room smells of cigarettes poor up keep of the rooms that rarely get clean i found blood on the dresser and a hard bed with thin blankets and pillows. Only positive is it was cheap and staff where quick to check you in and out.”

When we first arrived, there were two sheriff’s trucks parked outside, with people doing drugs nearby and several homeless individuals in front of the hotel.
